Edek Korolak, a seasoned artist with a diverse array of sculptures, lacked an online platform to showcase his masterpieces to a wider audience. While art shows had been his primary display venue, a website would enable him to reach a larger audience and establish a professional online portfolio. The website's key goals were to display a gallery of images for each artwork, offer a user-friendly contact form, and ensure effortless updates for new artwork additions.

To understand Edek's needs, I interviewed his team and gained insights into their specific requirements. I discovered that an ecommerce functionality wasn't necessary, as their primary focus was generating interest from potential buyers. The website's core elements would be a dynamic CMS to organize and present the artwork, an interactive gallery with multiple angles, and an easy-to-use contact form for inquiries. My design approach prioritized simplicity, allowing the sculptures to take center stage without any distractions.

I crafted a user flow tailored to art enthusiasts interested in purchasing sculptures. The homepage displayed captivating images of the artwork, with direct links to individual pages for each sculpture. The responsive design ensured seamless viewing on mobile devices, where users could swipe through images to explore each sculpture as if holding it in their hands. The "Contact" page featured a popup form for quick communication, while the "Purchase" page enabled customers to send messages about specific sculptures via a dropdown menu.

The result was a stunning, responsive website that delighted both the artist and his audience. Edek was thrilled to see his artwork showcased in a modern and accessible way, resonating with art enthusiasts across the globe. The mobile version was optimized to showcase vertical sculpture images, enhancing the user experience. The dynamic content management system facilitated effortless updates, enabling the team to add new sculptures seamlessly.
