Swyvvl Real Estate Platform

Swyvvl sought to revolutionize the real estate industry by connecting home buyers, sellers, agents, and mortgage lenders in a transparent and efficient manner. The project delivered a responsive, user-friendly website with MLS listings, commission sharing features, and instant connections with agents and lenders, ensuring legal compliance and clear communication of Swyvvl’s innovative approach.

Challenge

Swyvvl faced the challenge of establishing a unique online presence in the competitive real estate market. They needed a platform that simplified the real estate process, making it equitable for buyers and sellers while providing agents and lenders with direct connections to motivated clients. Key requirements included a responsive, mobile-friendly website, user-friendly MLS listings interface, commission sharing features, and instant connections with agents and lenders, all while ensuring legal compliance.

Approach

To address these challenges, we designed a visually appealing, responsive website using Webflow for the frontend, Xano for the backend, and Wized as middleware for data requests and actions. Memberstack was integrated for membership management, and Stripe handled payment processing for additional membership purchases. The website included a feedback system to gather insights during the Full Beta launch, ensuring continuous improvement based on real user experiences. Compliance with legal standards was meticulously maintained throughout the design and development process.

Solution

The solution provided to Swyvvl was a comprehensive, user-friendly website that aligns with their innovative approach to real estate. The platform featured detailed and accessible MLS listings, personalized dashboards for members, and gated content. I utilized low-code development tools and extended my coding expertise by reading API documentation and building API requests to connect various apps and integrations. As the full stack web developer, I worked closely with stakeholders, reporting updates, gathering feedback, and advocating for the user experience at every step.

Results

Following the launch of the new website, Swyvvl saw several positive outcomes. User engagement significantly increased due to the intuitive design and instant connection features. The platform’s unique value proposition of commission sharing and transparent transactions resonated well with the target audience, resulting in higher inquiries and conversion rates.
